A few words from the beautiful people who have walked through the Mystic Glen door.
“Julia has an amazing connection and insight into what is happening, just through listening to your body. I was truly amazed by what she was able to tell me after each session — so much of it resonated. More than just a Reiki session, Julia offers calmness, empathy and a feeling of peace.”
— Amy Spencer“I had a treatment with her and I felt so comfortable, vulnerable but reassured. The treatment was amazing, the result instant and very soul awakening. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
— Peta Bowtell“I highly recommend Mystic Glen. I had the most amazing experience, learnt more about myself and what path I need to take. I am so glad that I decided to book a session and I will most definitely be back again.”
— Mandy Prizeman“I honestly can’t recommend Julia and Mystic Glen highly enough. I’ve been having Reiki sessions with Julia remotely by phone for quite some time, and every session leaves me feeling calmer, lighter and so much better within myself. Julia has such a beautiful energy and a genuine gift for what she does.
Last year Julia introduced me to her beautiful teas, and they have become such a special part of my daily routine. Being in perimenopause, they are now the first teas I reach for and something I genuinely look forward to each day.
I’ve recently started joining Julia’s monthly circle, and I’m so excited to continue this journey. It’s wonderful to connect with like-minded people and to be part of such a warm and supportive space. I’m also really looking forward to joining the online Reiki sessions and seeing where this next part of the journey takes me.
I feel very grateful to have found Julia and Mystic Glen. What Julia creates is something quite special, and I feel lucky to be part of it. ❤️”
— Melissa MozleyYou remain fully clothed and comfortable while Reiki is offered with light touch or hands held just above the body, depending on your preference. You can simply rest; there is nothing you need to do.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotions or deep relaxation; others simply feel still or rested. There is no “right” experience.
No. You are welcome to come with curiosity. Reiki and energy work are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
