What happens in a Reiki session?
You remain fully clothed and comfortable while Reiki is offered with light touch or hands held just above the body, depending on your preference. You can simply rest; there is nothing you need to do.
What might I feel?
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotions or deep relaxation; others simply feel still or rested. There is no “right” experience.
Do I need to believe in Reiki?
No. You are welcome to come with curiosity. Reiki and energy work are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
